 I live close to the mountains and everytime I go there for a walk I feel amazing. The mountains have a special power. They always make you feel better when you are down. They inspire and motivate! At the same time, they challenge you to discover yourself. I have collected some motivational quotes which express better the reason i love mountains.  Dear Friends, How many Italian words do you know? I bet that many of you know at least 3 words. We use them more often then we think. Words like pasta, pizza or spaghetti have made their way to our vocabulary, and intend to stay there for a long time.  I used to love Italian ever since I was a little girl. It seemed so beautiful and romantic to me. Just like a melody. And now,  I am really glad to admit that Italian has become my 4th language. Of course, I don't speak it as a native, there is always place for improvement. But i am just happy to be able to learn it.  So, my post is dedicated to this wonderful and unique language. Don't think i am trying to convince you to learn it too. This choice is yours to make. I am just going to share with you some interesting facts about it. Here we go:  1. There are 21 letters in the Italian alphabet "j k w x and y" do not exist in Italian, except for the loan words;  2. There are many "regional languages of Italy".

Time, time, time! We will never have enough of it. If we got a dollar everytime we say " i don't have time for a thing/person" we would probably be rich now. 🙂 So anyway, as the word "time" is often used on our daily basis I thought of looking up for some  idioms that I could add to my vocabulary. Read the list and let me know if any of them sounds familiar to you. And then, I challenge you to pick 2-3 idioms and to make up some sentences.   1.  From time to time = Occasionally, once in a while; Example: I like reading since-fiction a lot, however from time to time I read a romantic novel. 2.   Time flies = time passes quickly; Example: Time flies when you do what you like! 3. The third time is a charm = if someone has failed twice in doing something perhaps he will succede the 3rd time; Example: My brother got his driving license after his third try. I guess the third time is a charm. 4. Better late than never = It is better to do something after the expected

I became the mother of Oliver on a Wednesday, a couple of minutes after 18:00. It was love at first sight. That little bundle of joy (who turned out to be 4 kg) has stolen our hearts.  Honestly, the first month of motherhood was not very easy. I was trying to figure out all of the breast feeding tricks and also to get used to sleeping less hours. We were too worried about everything. He seemed so tiny and fragile, and we were overthinking 🙂. But Oliver was a  perfect newborn. I couldn't wish for a better experience. He slept well, he didn't get sick, he liked my singing (and still does) 😄. He enjoyed taking baths. We were the happiest! Little did we know that out silent newborn will turn into a Mister Trouble in time 😁. Today our baby is not an actual baby anymore. He is turning THREE! WOW! I still cannot believe it!
