11 months of YOU
My dear bundle of joy,
It seems that just yesterday you were so tiny I could cover you with my hands, and now you are such a big baby boy. Gone are the days when you were laying on the bed the entire day or fall asleep on my chest. And gone are the days when you could sleep every hour. Now you are all curious, you want to discover the world and people who surround you.
You've been with us for 11 months, and sometimes I still cannot believe that you are ours and that we can keep you forever. You have changed our lives and we are so proud of you.
11 months does not seem a lot of time, but it is enough time to understand that our love for you does not have limits. 11 months are enough to see you becoming a person with own tastes and preferences. Some people say babies don't understand anything, but they are so Wrong. You are smart and interesting and you have already started to make your own choices. They not always correspond to ours, but most of the time we have to accept them.
Here is what you like:
- TV, Computers and Phones ( it is a thing we are not really fond of);
- if you could, you would stay in your dad's lap the entire day;
- you have recently discovered the buttons of the owen and washing machine and you keep playing with them;
- you eat everything ad this brings me so much joy;
- you like playing with other kids;
- you like to go for long walks;
- you open all the drawers and "organize" them;
- you like taking long baths and cry everytime we take you out of the water;
- you like stealing smiles on the street;
-you also like to read :D you haven't completly destroyed all of your books yet, and I hope they will survive you;
- favorite toys: your socks!
-favorite activity : dancing!
Last month was full of events for our family. It was your 1st Christmas and New Year. You have been a very good baby boy, and Santa was very generous with you. Besides that, you have discovered a new region of Italy on Christmas. You were so brave! We took you up into the mountains, and although you won't remember it, you were so happy and excited to be there with us. Life seems so easy when you are at an altitude of 3500m and when you are too little to realize that it could be dangerous. The world is just wonderful and we are glad we have the chance to see it with you.
There are so many things we wish for you! The most important one is hapiness! We want you to be the happiest baby in the world. You are our little BIG love. And we are so thankful you have chosen us to be your parents!
